Perinatal & Couples Therapy for Santa Monica Families
Serving Santa Monica from our West LA office
Mother Nurture Therapy Group sees Santa Monica clients in person at our West LA office, 1849 Sawtelle Blvd, Suite 610, about 10 minutes away, and by telehealth anywhere in California. We specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the relationship shifts that come with becoming a family.
Whether you live north of Montana, in Ocean Park, or near Sunset Park, the hardest part of starting therapy shouldn't be the drive. Santa Monica clients tend to reach us in one of two ways: a short trip east to Sawtelle when an hour away from home is the whole point, or a video session from the comfort of your bedroom when a nap schedule makes leaving impossible.

Postpartum Therapy for Santa Monica Parents
The early months can be beautiful and disorienting at the same time. If you're caught in worry that won't switch off, low mood, intrusive thoughts, rage, or a quiet sense that you've disappeared, you don't need to wait until it's a crisis. Our team of perinatal mental health specialists help Santa Monica parents make sense of what's happening and feel steadier, with practical tools for the hard hours and room to explore what this season has stirred up. Telehealth is there for the weeks when leaving the house isn't realistic.
Infertility and Pregnancy Loss Support near Santa Monica
IVF cycles, two-week waits, miscarriage, and TFMR can be lonely, even in a city full of people. Loss can feel invisible to everyone around you. We offer a steady, unhurried place to grieve, cope with uncertainty, and make decisions that fit your values, on your own or with your partner, including through the anxious hope of pregnancy after loss.
Couples Therapy for Santa Monica Couples
A baby, a fertility journey, or a loss can quietly rearrange a relationship. Partners who used to talk about everything start talking only about logistics, and small disagreements carry big weight. Couples sessions at our nearby West LA office help you slow down the arguments that keep repeating, understand what each of you is reaching for underneath them, and find your way back to being a team.
