Sessions are also available by telehealth anywhere in California.

Sarah Bederman, AMFT, PMH-C, sees clients in person at our West LA office. Sarah holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification and has volunteered with Postpartum Support International as a group leader and support coordinator. She works with individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and trauma, including EMDR. Sarah is supervised by Yael Sherne, LMFT, founder of Mother Nurture.

And on the days when leaving the house with a newborn feels like too much, the same care is available by telehealth.
