Yael is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California and supervises our associate therapists. She sees clients in person here on Tuesdays.

What we help with
Gentle care for profound change
Postpartum & Perinatal Therapy in Culver City
Pregnancy and the months after birth can bring worry that won't switch off, low mood, intrusive thoughts, rage, or a quiet sense that you've lost track of yourself. Whether you're in Culver City, Mar Vista, or Playa Vista, Yael helps you make sense of what's happening and why this season is hitting the way it is, with practical tools for the hardest hours and room to grieve the parts of your old life you miss. Telehealth is there for the weeks when leaving the house isn't realistic.
Couples Therapy in Culver City
A new baby, fertility treatment, or a loss can quietly turn partners into co-managers who barely talk about anything but logistics. Using the Gottman Method, Yael helps couples from Culver City to Venice and Marina del Rey spot the cycle they keep falling into, slow down the arguments that go nowhere, and repair after hard moments. The goal is practical and personal: dividing the load in a way that feels fair, and feeling like a team again.
Infertility and Pregnancy Loss Support in Culver City
Fertility treatment asks you to keep working, socializing, and hoping while living in two-week increments. Loss can feel invisible to everyone else. Yael supports individuals and couples from Playa Vista, Westchester, and across the Westside through IVF and IUI, miscarriage, TFMR, and the anxious hope of pregnancy after loss, at a pace that respects your grief and helps you make decisions that fit your values.
EMDR for Trauma in Culver City
If a hard birth, an emergency, or a loss keeps replaying in your mind or your body, EMDR can help the memory lose its charge so it feels like something that happened rather than something still happening. Yael is trained in EMDR and uses it alongside talk therapy, only when you're ready and when it fits what you're working on.
